Job Description

Indeaux Organix, LLC will be involved in growing sativa marijuana products for medical and legal recreational use. Indeaux Organix, LLC is in the plant and flower growing industry because this would be a huge boom to Malawi’s economy, opening up a space for a considerable amount of agricultural trade deals – increasing the wealth of the population, allowing our company to aid in opening more scholarly for the people of Malawi and being the ground breaking movement to bring Malawi out of less that sufficient infrastructure by possessing and manipulating the natural wealth the country proudly has, by simply harnessing it in an appropriate and strategic way that keeps wealth circulating in the country and preserving its environment

Indeaux Organix limited is a new start up cannabis cultivation company that is based in Blantyre malawi. Indeaux Organix is a joint venture by morehouse Alumni and a local director.

we are seeking a fresh mind, to VOLUNTEER with us as our preemptive HR officer of this amazing start up company, we are looking for an individual that has a passion and Interest for cannabis trade and wants to break into the market as a trade director under a registered company.

we are seeking someone who is prepared to work hard, though the job is a volunteer basis, we are prepared to offer full time work after 6 months. and will be stipulated in the volunteer contract.

This job is REMOTE, you are not required to be in country and may work from home. With regard to the current COVID-19 cris

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment contracts and mange employees according to ensure task completion

Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • MUST be eager to learn about the cannabis cultivation industry
  • 21-40 years of age

  • MUST have prior experience in international trade/ or relevant training/education
  • must be Able to work remotely, have access to his or her own internet connection, video call availability, work through varies time zones etc
  • must be open to doing research on polices and proceeds in different countries all over the world
  • must be confident in descion making
  • must be self sufficient
