Job Description

University of Hebron (UHB) is a private university that has been established by a team of academic experts in Malawi. The University opened its doors in January 2020 with two School Colleges, School of Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development and School of Agribusiness and Sustainable Development Practice.

The University of Hebron is established with an intention of bridging the skills and knowledge gap existing in university graduates that are ushered into the labour market by different institutions of higher learning in Malawi and also usher in a cadre of graduates who are creative and innovative for transformation.

Position: Assistant Registrar – Academic

Reporting to the Director of Academics and Research, the Assistant Registrar-Academics shall be responsible for processing registrations, maintenance of student records, course records management and other related matters.


The ideal candidate should

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  • With 3 years of relevant work experience.
