- Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field such as communications, writing, design, or production*
- Excellent English writing and communication skills, with experience telling compelling stories through reports and other materials for external audiences*
- At least one year of professional experience in a related field (multimedia, production, writing, etc.)*
- Experience or familiarity with public/global health
- Master’s degree in communications, public health, or a related field

- Experience with photography, photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign), videography, and/or video editing software
- Experience collecting stories through surveys, interviews, or other means

- Ability to perform in an entrepreneurial team-based environment, deliver strong results, and ask for help when needed
