Post : Assistant Human Resource Management Officer (Grade K)
Salary : Within Grade K salary scale segment.
Location : Blantyre
Applicants should be either Senior Clerical Officers (Grade L) with a minimum of four years experience in that post or Senior Clerical Officers (Grade L) and Clerical Officers (Grade M) in the Judiciary in possession of a diploma in Human Resource management or Business Administration/Management/Studies obtained from recognised institutions.
Supervise officer at Clerical Officer grade and below in the Human Resource Management Section; report vacancies to both the Judicial Service Commission or Judicial Appointment and Disciplinary Committee; assist in the planning, organizing and coordinating Human Resource; management of functions in the Judicial; prepare Annual Personal emoluments budget; apply and interpret of Malawi Public Service Commission Regulation and circulars
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during interviews. Officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in their service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
