Qualifications
Applicants should be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in and of the following Library and Information Sciences, Computer Science and Management Information Systems obtained from accredited institutions.
Duties
Coordinate the selection, acquisition and receipt of library; supervise the capturing of records and archives into digital format; secure loading of new digital archives into the digital archiving systems;
assist in specifying requirements for the digital archiving systems and the development process; manage ICT infrastructure and equipment, etc.
Note:
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
