Job Description

VITALITE Malawi prides itself as one of the leaders in pay-as-you-go (PAYGO) platforms and the best service and distribution company that benefits the larger bracket of Malawians. Our products use mobile payments as a way to pay in installments for renewable energy and are sold through a network of VITALITE operated retail outlets across Malawi. Each sales and service center has a dedicated team of commission-based direct sales representatives who sell the product door-to-door in local communities.

VITALITE Malawi seeks the capabilities of an energetic and entrepreneurial Sales Associate. The position will be a key component of the team and will quickly join our leadership group that shapes countrywide strategy and tactics.

The successful applicant for this role will be a commercially experienced individual with a proven ability to establish and manage national sales and marketing, including the recruitment and management of direct sales agents. The applicant must be excited by new challenges and motivated to create world-class business success through determination, leadership, innovation, and hard work. This is a unique opportunity for someone who shares our passion for improving Malawi’s lives through sustainable household solutions on a regional team with significant input on countrywide strategy.
