An opportunity has arisen in our fast growing organization and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following position tenable at our Lilongwe Branch:


Position: Employee Benefits Consultant

Reporting to the Group Business Marketing Manager, the Employee Benefits Consultant will be responsible for procuring New Business and servicing existing Group Business Clients

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Will include:-

  • Procure and retain New Business for Group Life Products
  • Provide group business advisory services
  • Facilitate board of trustees meetings and trainings
  • Design Employee Benefits packages that are need driven, competitive and client focused
  • Ensure that minmum schemes  requirements are met
  • Keep up to date with legislation, rules and regulations related to Employee Benefits
  • Conduct Customer satisfaction survey and market research
  • Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

PREREQUISITES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,Business Administration or equivalent studies and studying towards a profession qualification in ACCA, CIA or CIMA
  • 5 years’ experience in a marketing position
  • Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and analyse market information
  • Interest in marketing Pension Schemes and Group Life Assurance Products
