Role Purpose: The Expansion Manager (Kumbaya ambassador) will be responsible for kumbaya’s expansion strategy to create/maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our (new) telecom operators, advertiser, sponsor, and private sector partners (the Customer). The position is responsible for balancing immediate resources, ROI, and the long-term potential of the new countries that Kumbaya expands into. Assess, prioritize, and develop the route-to-market for new countries. Consult with and advise senior management regularly on expansion strategy and necessary actions. He/She will manage all operations in incubation countries – including management of local staff, logistics, sales, marketing, and business setup. Advise the Kumbaya product design team with respect to new product development and market needs.
