Since 2017, VillageReach and Global Health Supply Chain Program (GHSC)-Procurement and Supply Chain (PSM) has been implementing the OpenLMIS system throughout Malawi as part of Government of Malawi and USAID continued improvement of information systems in health supply chain. One key input for the optimisation of OpenLMIS is the harmonization of data in the National Product Catalogue (NPC).
The Scope of the current assignment is therefore to establish NPC in Malawi to standardise product master data into a single source that will feed into OpenLMIS. VillageReach is searching for qualified and energetic individual to fill the temporary position of Data Entry Clerk. Based in Lilongwe, the Data Entry Clerk will work closely with the Supply Chain Team to capture, map and consolidate products data (including Global Trade Item Numbers (GTINs).

This position has no supervisory responsibilities
VillageReach has no private offices, employees work in a shared, open environment with task and conference rooms accessible to employees for privacy and meetings. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Due to the time zone differences between our Seattle office and our Country Offices and location of other global staff, Country office staff are expected to be available for late afternoon/evening meetings up to 6pm.
