    An opportunity has risen in its Business Consulting Division to recruit Community Facilitators who will carry out Trainings, data collection and recruitments of clients in Rumphi and Mzimba.

    Terms of Reference

    The Community Facilitators will provide technical support to Tradeline clients which are mostly MSMEs and Cooperatives within their communities.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Deliver trainings to MSMEs and Cooperatives.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to MSMEs and Cooperatives Collecting monthly business data of the clients to assess progress in business.
    •  Recruiting new MSMEs and Cooperatives clients. Conducting assessment to establish needs and capacity gaps.
    •  Facilitate clients to access loans from appointed Financial Institution.
    •  Facilitate clients to access formal markets for their value added products and agricultural produce.
    •  The work will consist of regular field travel to MSMEs and Cooperatives in the rural areas.

    Experience, Competences, Education;

    •  Minimum of MSCE or Certificate with facilitation experience.
    •  Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, Agriculture/Agribusiness and Microfinance will have added advantage
    •  Must be living in Mzimba or Rumphi.
    •  Must be residing in the following EPAs; Mpherembe, Mbalachanda, Malidadi, Eutheni, Esazwini, Hora, Bulala, Mbawa, Katowo, Mwazisi, Rumphi boma, Bolero and Mhuju.
    •  Must be fluent in English, Chichewa and Tumbuka
