    It is in the same context that we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill a vacant position of Business Development Officer.


    • Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies
    • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
    • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
    • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
    • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
    • Finding business across Malawi
    • Writing business proposals and Tenders
    • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
    • Calling potential customers to explain our services
    • Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the MD as needed
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of Company products and services
    • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
    • Collaborating with the Team members to ensure the Company is reaching its target audience
    • Preparing cost-benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options


    • Bachelor’s degree/Advance Diploma in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Proven experience working as a Business Development Officer or similar role
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
    • Exceptional customer service, objection handling,negotiation and decision-making skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Self-starter with a strong business acumen
