Job Description

Lead and Manage Consulting’s client, Continental Trading (CT), is a Malawian trading company, and urgently seeks to fill positions which are all tenable at it head office in Lilongwe.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Officer, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for

  • Answering phones and receiving visitors
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar
  • Scheduling and coordinating staff and other meetings
  • Manage office petty cash, and day-to-day small expenditures, and ensuring its timely reimbursements and accurate log records


  • Minimum of diploma or degree in administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in an office setting.
  • Advanced computer and typing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
