Job Description

Urgently looking for applicants the following positions to be based in Blantyre.

 Position: Administration Officer (Signage Department) 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations team of the department
  • Create, develop and maintain critical date tracking
  • Prepare quotations, request for quotation (RFQ) and tender documents
  • Timely preparation and submission of BID documents
  • Manage filling system

Qualification and experience

  • Diploma in Administration or relevant qualification with three (3) years’ experience Administrative position in a busy office

Skills and Knowledge

  • Must have high level of accuracy, enthusiasm and attention to detail
  • Must have ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of signage industry process from sale to installation
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
