    Job Description

    The Thomson and Barbara Mpinganjira Foundation is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:

    Position: ADMINISTRATION & HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

    Minimum Qualification:

    • A Bachelor’s degree it Business Administration or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years working experience in a relevant role.


    Skills:

    • General Administrative & Human Resource skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Align the HR function with the organisation’s mission
    • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level placing, handling orders for supplies & verifying receipt of supplies
    • Ensure optimum operations of all office equipment
