Wealthnet Finance PLC is registered by the Reserve Bank of Malawi as a Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution. The company has recently been granted a no objection from Reserve Bank of Malawi to use the Wealthnet – KakuPay Core Banking System (KakuPay Smart Money). The system will contribute towards moving Malawi from cash to cashless/digital money transactions.
Wealthnet is looking for suitable and qualified young men and women to occupy several positions under our internship program.
The candidate should be trustworthy with sound knowledge in finance, sales, marketing, customer care and general administration.
The candidate should be trainable and must be willing to work in both urban and rural areas across the country. Note that this is not an office job, the candidate will be require to work outdoors in local markets and business areas. The job will mostly involve talking to people and the candidate must be free to interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
The candidate is expected to be a team player.
The job demands substantial work pressure to meet daily, monthly and quarterly targets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• The ideal candidate must have minimum of Diploma in either of the following fields:
o Sales and Marketing
o Business Management/Administration
o Banking or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution;
